Somatic Therapy

Somatic Therapy is an approach to the healing process that supports you in connecting to and finding balance between body, mind, and soul. Through supported movement, and breath you will access your body as your greatest healing tool. The body assist in breaking obstacles you have with expressing freely, relating to others, and accepting who you are. The goal of dance/movement therapy is to offer the you a safe space in which you will connect to your deepest truth and by doing so create choice and fluidity in your life!
