My Story
My journey as a mover began many moons ago! As a small child dance was my way of communicating and expressing in a way I did not always feel free to do in the everyday world. I received a Bachelor's degree in Dance and danced professionally for many years. After moving through many of life's challenges, I realized that I wanted to learn the skills to share what my body, mind, and soul already deeply knew. Through my dance background and contemplative graduate studies, I developed my deep knowing and understanding of soma, mind, soul connection.
Movement provides a pathway in and through our emotional terrain. With guided mindful support authentic expression can be accessed and validated; offering greater connection to life force! The freedom that comes from forming a relationship with my body, mind, and my soul has been my guide to a vital and full life - let’s make it yours!
