Graduate of Naropa University, Master's in Somatic Counseling Psychology, concentration in Dance/Movement Therapy
As a Somatic Counselor, it is my belief that through support and movement we as humans can arrive at the innate wholeness that lives within us all. I will empower you to strengthen your relationships; personal, professional, academic, and most importantly with yourself.
I will help you form and expand the body/mind connection, assist you in letting go of the wounds and beliefs that leave you feeling stuck. I am accepting new clients who reside in Texas or Colorado for 1:1 video sessions only. I accept United Healthcare, Aetna, and Cigna Insurances. My Private Pay rate is $140 an individual session.
