Graduate of Naropa University, Master's in Somatic Counseling Psychology, concentration in Dance/Movement Therapy
As a Somatic Counselor, it is my belief that through support and movement we as humans can arrive at the innate wholeness that lives within us all. I will empower you to strengthen your relationships; personal, professional, academic, and most importantly with yourself.
I will help you form and expand the body/mind connection, assist you in letting go of the wounds and beliefs that leave you feeling stuck.
