Gentle, attuned release for the jaw, face, and nervous system.

This subtle, powerful therapy supports the unraveling of deeply held tension in the mouth, jaw, neck, and emotional body.
It’s work for the things you’ve been holding… and haven’t yet had words for.

What is Intra-Oral Touch Therapy?

Intra-oral work is a trauma-informed, gloved-touch technique that involves gentle release of the muscles inside the mouth and surrounding cranial areas.
It’s often used to address jaw pain (TMJ), migraines, and emotional tension held in the face or throat.

This work is deeply integrative—combining body-based release with nervous system attunement.

• Neck and shoulder tension
• Suppressed emotion or voice
• Nervous system overwhelm
• Trauma recovery + somatic integration
• Pelvic floor work (via the jaw-pelvis connection)

“You don’t need to power through the tension in your jaw, or the weight in your throat.
This work is an invitation to soften, to feel, and to be met with care.”
